Facilitation Workshop

Purpose of the workshop

Effective facilitation enables team members or stakeholders to interact effectively and give of their best in a range of different workplace scenarios. Whether managing projects, events or teams, facilitation is a skill that is much needed by today’s leaders and managers. Facilitation is also a fundamental skill for those who attend, chair or organise meetings, or for those who are responsible for implementing change. The purpose of this workshop is to help participants identify and master the key skills needed by a facilitator and to develop the interpersonal skills required for effective facilitation.
