ILM Level 3 - Certificate in Coaching
Purpose of the workshop
Coaching is one of the most valuable skill sets in the modern workplace. Building upon basic managerial and leadership skills, coaching enables managers to progressively develop team members’ performance towards achieving their full potential.
The ILM Level 3 Award and Certificate in Professional Workplace Coaching is a modular programme comprising 4 days guided learning for the Award and 6 days total guided learning for the Certificate. The programme will normally be completed over a 6 to 12 month period with flexibility to take into consideration individual commitments. The programme is eligible for Enhanced Learning Credit funding. This practical programme gives a complete structure for understanding, learning the skills and applying coaching in the work place. On completion of the programme, successful participants will be equipped to use coaching as a management style that will enable their teams to excel.
