Leading Change
Purpose of the workshop
The only constant thing we have in our lives is change. In today’s world, tasks, goals and working methods change on a daily basis and driving these changes forward is in the hands of line managers who are responsible for running a team. For this reason it is important that line managers are equipped to be able to understand the reasons for the changes and to communicate these to their team in an effective and positive way. This interactive workshop is designed to help line managers create, develop and lead change initiatives within their workplace. Attendance on this workshop will enable line managers to positively engage their team towards implementing sustainable change.
